Who is Oatmeal Jenkins?
Guy's been rapping since 2018. Originally from Virginia Beach, Oat moved to Brooklyn in October 2025 to come tear shit up. He's got bars that aren't just head scratchers, they'll make you scratch all over. Like a dog.
